Hi. TIRNADROSS is the name of our family property and BOGALEE of our ancestral property in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
I enjoy a bit of photography and video work but am still learning a lot. When we travel I try to record enough to put a little video together. I am now trying to edit the videos in a suitable way to put up on to YOU TUBE so I can share some of our fun. We are now travelling in our Motorhome which is a Mercedes Sprinter conversion of our own design and professional fit out - which we call BUMBLEBEE (Guess why!). We enjoy being on the road and exploring this fantastic country of Australia. Most of my earlier videos are up to an hour long and the sound tracks have music on that I cannot publish. I hope you enjoy our videos.

Undara Lava Tubes (Caves)

Join us as we take a brief visit to the UNDARA LAVA TUBES (Caves) in Queensland, Australia. About 150 ancient volcanoes spewed over 23 billion cubic metres of Lava over an area of 1550 hectares. The longest Lava tube was over 100km. The cave is now only 1300 metres long as the remainder has collapsed and crumbled. We recommend a visit to the Undara Volcanic National Park.

Motorhome Build Mercedes Sprinter

Enjoy watching the process of converting a Mercedes Benz 413 CDI Sprinter into a fantastic Motorhome. We had the Sprinter professionally converted to our own plans. This is a 4500KG payload vehicle. We have now travelled widely across Australia and this wonderful unit continues to give us great service. It has nearly 450,000km on the clock and going great.
Murray River Flood 2022-23

Have a look at the flood in South Australia. In 2022 to early 2023 the river Murray experienced a major flood. In some places this flood exceeded the height of the 1931 flood. This is simply a three day trip I took from our home near Adelaide upstream from near Murray Bridge on the western side of the river to the Riverland and then down the eastern side of the river to Murray Bridge and home.

What an amazing collection of cars - most of them are Bugattis. This video was taken in 1998. The museum has since been upgraded, however, the majority of these magnificent vehicles are the same. Enjoy.

The Turin Auto Museum is filled with fantastic car history. I took this video during my 1998 visit (from Australia). I again visited in 2019. The museum has been updated and now has many interactive displays. They are great, especially to teaching a younger generation, however, many of the cars are nor garaged and rotated. There were no where near as many cars on show in 2019 as there were in 1...

Funny how those who live along the Murray can organise themselves so the towns are protected (for the most part anyway). Yet up in Queensland, whole cities go underwater and everyone screams for the town council to come and save them. Owning a house down in the gullies is a bad idea yet people buy there anyway. Or they buy single-story homes when they should be buying ones built on tall stumps. I understand many don't have the funds but then they shouldn't be buying. Anyway, just an observation. Far less devastation down that way than up here for sure.
I wish you have little bit idea about water solutions but as ALL others is stupid- build dams, reservuars to keep water, but ...stupidity provile!!!

Why do they need a push from the cruiser
Hi. The push them to get up to speed because the gear ratios are built for very high speed - and are not suitable for low speeds.

Yes - I understand that Lake Bonneville surface is deteriorating and there is a likelihood of more and more International teams using Lake Gairdner in the future. Top officials were here in March to discuss it. This salt lake has been hosting Speed Week for 20 years. US teams come here regularly now. The late Donald Campbell set his world speed record here. Hello from Adelaide Hills.
Another garbage video with no narration or voice over to explain anything about what the viewer is looking at. Get with the times, silent movies are not in vogue any more; if you can't at least do voice over editing your videos, don't bother because nobody will give them the time of day which is reflected in the amount of comments you have had.
